Steps to Building Your Holiday Pool
Research & Design
- Your Holiday Pool expert will work with you to determine the type of pool that will work best for your home and landscape. Considerations include the size, shape, and depth based on your preferences, available space, and access to water and electricity. Note that fencing is required around most pools. - We will design your pool, create an estimate, and once you approve and financing is secured, we’ll get to work!
- Items to factor into the design of your pool may include:
- The types of features you may want: water falls, lighting, automatic pool covers, and the type of liner.
- Would you like a jetted-spa to be connected to your pool?

Financing
Once you approve our estimate, you may need to secure financing.

Construction
We handle every detail of your pool’s construction, including:
- Obtaining all permits
- Excavating the ground to the necessary depth
- Installing the steel forms
- Pouring concrete decking
- Taking care of all of the plumbing and electrical needs
- Developing the landscape around your pool
- Installing the liner and filling with water
- Ensuring all inspections are complete with local authorities

When complete, we walk through all of the necessary steps you’ll need to take to enjoy your pool, including:
- Skimming and cleaning debris from strainers and filters
- Vacuuming and brushing
- Water testing and chemical adjustments that maintain proper pH and chlorine levels
